Refund Policy

Coins are virtual credits. When you buy coins you receive a digital product delivered immediately to your account.

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
• By buying coins you request immediate delivery and acknowledge you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumer law) for that purchase.
• Coins already spent (on calls or gifts) cannot be refunded or converted back to money.
• Coins have no cash value to members and are non-transferable.
• Charged in error or see unauthorised activity? Email support@yunoh.com within 14 days and we will investigate. Duplicate/erroneous charges are refunded to the original payment method.
• Creator payouts follow the separate Wallet / Payout terms (identity verification required before cash-out; minimum $20).

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.
