1. Who can use YUNOH

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. YUNOH is an adult-oriented video-dating platform for adults only.

2. Your account

One person, one account. Keep your login secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. Creators ("For Her") must complete identity verification (Persona ID + selfie liveness + admin review) before they can cash out.

3. How it works

Members ("For Him") buy coins and spend them on pay-per-minute video calls and gifts. Creators earn a share and can request payouts from their Wallet. Coins are virtual credits with no cash value to members — see the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use (SFW)

YUNOH is safe-for-work. You must not post or stream nudity, sexual acts or solicitation; harass, threaten or abuse anyone; share illegal, hateful or violent content; impersonate others; use bots or scrape the service; involve anyone under 18 in any way; record, screenshot or redistribute other users’ video or images without consent; or use YUNOH for money-laundering or fraud. Full rules are in the Community Guidelines.

5. Zero tolerance for CSAM

Any content or conduct involving minors is removed immediately, the account is banned, evidence is preserved, and it is reported to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC / IWF). No exceptions.

6. Safety & moderation

We use automated screening and human review, and you can report or block any user. We may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by [PAYMENT_PROCESSOR]. Prices are shown before purchase. See the Refund Policy.

8. Content you share

You keep ownership of your content but grant YUNOH a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

9. Termination

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

10. Disclaimers & liability

YUNOH is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to its courts.
